On Friday, Dallas Police are scheduled to begin placing notices to vacate at the homeless encampment known as Tent Village. This action is in response to the neighborhoods of The Cedars and Farmer’s Market who have worked in tandem with the management staff of Dallas Heritage Village at Old City Park to raise awareness about the encampment that has been a semi-permanent feature in the area for the past several months.
